What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Develop declarative and custom agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, task decomposition, workflow execution, and tool chaining.
• Build reusable Copilot Studio frameworks, components, standards, and tool or skill invocation pipelines.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications and platforms.
• Implement monitoring, observability, automated testing, evaluation, CI/CD, and performance optimization for agent workflows.
• Apply Responsible AI practices covering security, data privacy, governance, policy enforcement, and secure tool access.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and recent experience building and deploying production AI agents in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Experience designing agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and multi-step business processes.
• Background in AI engineering, workflow automation, agent architecture, reusable frameworks, and scalable enterprise AI capabilities.
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, data privacy, Responsible AI, architecture, and cross-functional technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for AI and agent-based applications.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, tracing, performance optimization, and governance frameworks.
