Intelligence Management Specialist – Senior (Defense Intelligence): Providing intelligence and administrative support for analysts, engineers, and scientists, including task management, reporting, documentation, briefings, and cross-domain data transfer with an accent on intelligence dissemination, editorial accuracy, and coordination across intelligence disciplines. Focus on managing tasker logs and reporting requirements, preparing official materials, coordinating secure meetings, and supporting Army G2 and INSCOM activities.
Location: Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States. This is an onsite role requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph and the ability to obtain the required clearance.

What you will do
- Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across multiple intelligence disciplines.
- Review, coordinate, consolidate, format, and prepare documents and correspondence for accuracy and compliance with Army Regulation 25-50.
- Manage RFIs, task actions, reports, tasker logs, routing correspondence logs, and organizational task management systems across all networks.
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports for Army G2 and INSCOM, including status updates on suspense dates and outstanding actions.
- Create read-ahead documents and briefing materials, coordinate visitor access with security, and prepare and present organizational mission briefings.
- Coordinate meetings, events, VTCs, and teleconferences while managing calendars, agendas, conference rooms, and duty mailboxes.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a CI Polygraph is required.
- Associate degree plus 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or high school diploma plus 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
- Comprehensive mission knowledge, intelligence discipline experience, and understanding of Army editing, classification, and DIA style standards.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with Intelligence Community members, and address information-sharing and analytic disputes.
- Strong writing, editorial judgment, initiative, communication, and professional collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop concise defense intelligence products, lead research on complex problems, and apply validated analytic methodologies.
Nice to have
- At least 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
- Seven years of recent experience in the labor category within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
