Federal Water Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Water Infrastructure)

Location: United States locations including Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, and Alaska

Salary: $128,000–$231,000 in Washington; $121,000–$183,000 in Montana, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction support and closeout.
• Manage multiple projects while controlling scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and profitability.
• Build relationships with federal and military clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development through marketing, proposals, contract negotiations, and project pursuits.
• Coordinate staffing and resources across technical disciplines and collaborate with business and technical leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and technical professionals while supporting training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position’s location, such as a PE or P.Eng.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project; Access experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
