What you will do

• Structure problems, conduct analysis, and execute strategic initiatives and team deliverables.
• Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful business insights related to client retention.
• Collaborate with data science and data engineering teams on scalable analytics-based solutions.
• Support the use of hirify.global’s proprietary data across content, interactions, conferences, and other client-facing assets.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and build tailored analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in data or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or operations research.
• Foundational understanding of data science concepts and their practical business applications.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data.
• Experience with statistical analysis, trend identification, data quality checks, documentation, and critical thinking.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, alongside clear communication and collaboration skills.
