Data Analytics Architect

Location: Dallas, Texas, with possible travel or relocation to unanticipated work locations within the USA

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data analytics solutions and conduct technical proofs of concept for analytics and AI/ML technologies.
• Design business intelligence reports, interactive dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
• Lead enterprise-wide Power BI implementations and establish production-environment best practices.
• Design data strategies, pipelines, data models, and data products with data science and analytics teams.
• Gather requirements, analyze business needs, manage stakeholders, and identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Support pre-sales proposals, provide analytics subject-matter expertise, and deliver BI and dashboard orientation training for business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics/Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics architecture or a related software, data, systems, engineering, analyst, scientist, consultant, or developer role.
• Experience with Power BI, including dimensional modeling, security, DAX, Power Query transformations, and Power BI Dataflows.
• Experience with data architecture, data management, data integration, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel or relocate to work locations within the USA as required.
