PTP - Open Talent Pool (Finance)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, Europe. The GFSS team is based at the Elektrownia Powiśle workspace in Warsaw.

What you will do

• Support the outsourced provider with vendor master maintenance and resolve escalations from business and local finance stakeholders.
• Process royalty, trade, and intercompany payments accurately and on schedule, including urgent payments while maintaining required controls.
• Process invoices promptly with correct accounting in the relevant systems.
• Reconcile open purchase order accruals between PRS, Basware, and SAP on daily and monthly schedules.
• Help resolve system interface issues and ensure finance systems remain synchronized.
• Perform user testing for finance system changes as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts payable operations, including vendor master, payment, and invoicing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict time targets.
• Proactive, self-starting, and flexible working style with the ability to manage multiple mailboxes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to make bank transfers.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish, including reading, writing, and oral communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP, Basware, and Console.
