Process Technician Senior Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Process refined extract, intermediates, and BDS using documented manufacturing procedures.
• Manufacture BDS as both an Initiator and Checker in accordance with cGMP standards.
• Author and update batch documentation, SOPs, and associated forms.
• Complete quality documentation, including Deviations, CAPAs, Protocols, and Change Controls.
• Work across Production Departments and support production processes when schedules overrun.
• Train new and retrained employees in BDS manufacturing processes and identify efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a regulated production environment, ideally pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and current cGMP practices.
• Good numeracy, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently or in a small team and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Availability to work flexibly when production processes overrun.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical industry qualifications such as NVQs or equivalent.
• Experience with BDS manufacturing processes.
