Private Bank Group Regional Manager (Wealth Management)

Salary: $170,000–$350,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead and manage Private Bank Regional Market Managers across multiple regional markets.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, deepen client relationships, and improve profitability.
• Drive business development across banking and investment products while identifying cross-sell opportunities with internal partners.
• Ensure high-touch client service and integration of tailored banking and investment solutions.
• Monitor performance, regulatory compliance, and risk management standards across the division.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, performance management, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Experience leading multi-regional teams and understanding banking and investment products.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, relationship management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in complex regulatory environments and drive compliance.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• FINRA licenses such as Series 7 or Series 66 and other relevant certifications.
