What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and manage wealth plans for high-net-worth clients.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients while coordinating specialists across the bank.
• Grow assets under management, loans, and deposits.
• Acquire new business through community involvement and relationships with external centers of influence.
• Provide client service and deepen relationships across hirify.global business segments.
• Manage relationships of moderate to high complexity while observing compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, sales, or relationship management involving banking, investment management, or insurance products and services for high- or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• State life and health licenses must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth clients and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Registration and additional qualifications may be required if the position is considered a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act or a Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act.
