AI Enablement and Automation Lead

Location: Detroit, MI; hybrid/onsite attendance required Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
• Lead the creation of conversational agents, copilots, workflow automations, and knowledge assistants.
• Collaborate with application teams supporting SAP, HR, Documentum, ServiceNow, physical access, and other enterprise platforms to integrate AI capabilities.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production-ready AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational processes.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, digital transformation, business analysis, automation, or enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure AI Services.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI agent development, business process automation, data analytics and reporting, and systems integration.
• Ability to address enterprise governance, cybersecurity, SOX, NERC CIP, privacy, and data protection requirements.
