Location: Field-based in the East Region, USA; eligible states include Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. The role requires at least 50% travel within the U.S. and onsite work at company facilities for training and meetings, with work-from-home flexibility.
Salary: $196,000–$242,000 annually, plus potential merit increases, short-term incentives, stock options, and benefits.

is a precision medicine oncology company developing and commercializing targeted therapies for genetically defined solid tumors, including synthetic lethality and antibody-drug conjugate programs.
What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic and community oncology thought leaders, KOLs, investigators, and external stakeholders.
- Identify emerging thought leaders and treatment landscape trends, then gather and communicate actionable marketplace insights.
- Support launch planning and execution for darovasertib and future indications, including regional strategic plans, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and account planning.
- Support speaker identification, onboarding, training, peer-to-peer education programs, advisory boards, and regional marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate congress planning and onsite stakeholder engagement at ASCO, ESMO, and major regional meetings.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Training, Sales, Commercial Operations, and other teams while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably with an oncology focus.
- Experience in brand marketing, thought leader engagement, field strategy or sales, commercial launch planning, or market development.
- Experience building relationships with oncology thought leaders; rare oncology KOL engagement and new oncology product launch experience are preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, scientific communication, commercialization, launch execution, and business planning skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned U.S. region and to major congresses.
