What you will do
- Perform quality control work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct top-load, layer thickness, color, treatment, vacuum leak, leak, drop, and visual inspection testing.
- Use digital scales, hand measurement devices, optical comparators, and the ABVIS measurement system.
- Maintain activity logs, production records, customer testing documents, and sampling control plans.
- Use Gainseeker, Oracle, test software, and basic computer applications including Excel and Word.
- Complete calculations and support First Article Inspection procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to follow safety requirements, GMP standards, housekeeping procedures, and LOTO practices.
- Ability to become proficient with measurement devices, digital scales, and quality testing systems.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, production systems, test software, Gainseeker, and Oracle.
- Ability to perform calculations, document results, and follow established testing and sampling procedures.
- Work is associated with the Monroe, Georgia location.
