QA Officer (GMP)

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some flexibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate the completion of quality system requirements and support batch release activities.
• Investigate quality events using root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate CAPAs and change controls with other departments and help ensure site KPIs are achieved.
• Promote right-first-time compliance across departments through correct implementation of policies, procedures, and practices.
• Participate in internal and global compliance audits and deliver training on GMP, CAPA, change control, and training management systems.
• Maintain GMP documentation archives and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Science-based education.
• Ideally, at least two years of QA experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience using lean management tools and root cause investigation techniques.
• Experience leading change within an area of expertise and across functions.
• Experience delivering training and managing training processes.
