What you will do
- Create and repeat purchase orders in SAP based on buyer requests.
- Communicate with buyers and maintain order accuracy.
- Prepare order reports and related documentation.
- Create and maintain vendor information.
- Support audits by providing relevant information.
- Follow internal control policies and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- More than one year of accounts payable experience in a large manufacturing enterprise; financial shared services center experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
- Basic data analysis capabilities, strong communication skills, carefulness, and a sense of responsibility.
- English literacy skills equivalent to CET4 are required.
