Payable and General Accountant (SAP)

Location: Wuxi, China; onsite

What you will do

• Process and record raw material invoices accurately and on time in SAP.
• Manage and reconcile raw material consignment inventory and related financial entries.
• Process overseas vendor invoices, including compliant booking and international payments.
• Verify invoices for packaging, chemical supplies, and other operating expenses.
• Book and execute payments for raw material input duty and VAT, and reconcile input VAT records with physical documentation and SAP.
• Manage fixed assets, support month-end closing, and complete ad-hoc finance assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience with strong SAP proficiency.
• Knowledge of local financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Valid professional accounting certificate, such as an Accountant Qualification Certificate.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills; CET-4 or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving ability.
