Portfolio Intelligence Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Toronto, Ontario or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid

Salary: CAD 95,887–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze enterprise technology portfolio data for prioritization, investment planning, capacity management, financial oversight, dependencies, and portfolio health.
• Identify trends, risks, anomalies, and actionable insights to support strategic and executive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, portfolio reports, governance packs, and performance metrics.
• Prepare governance briefings, decision-support materials, meeting documentation, and action tracking.
• Support business case intake, validation, investment appraisal, prioritization, and repository maintenance.
• Monitor financial performance, resource utilization, delivery health, risks, dependencies, benefits realization, and data quality while improving analytics, automation, and AI-enabled portfolio intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with portfolio analysis, reporting, governance information, and data quality management.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Commercial real estate experience or background is preferred.

Nice to have

• CBAP, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, KMP, MoP, or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
