Associate, Diligence Services (Finance)

What you will do

• Prepare qualitative client reports, recurring reporting materials, due diligence questionnaires, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Business Development, subject matter experts, and other departments to draft accurate responses to client requests.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple diligence and reporting projects.
• Maintain the integrity of internally stored content databases.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvements for routine tasks.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience, including approximately 3–5 years of RFP experience in finance, marketing, or legal roles.
• Experience with high-volume processes and technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment products, asset classes, and investment strategies.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Nice to have

• Experience within an asset management GCC.
• Experience in institutional private fund marketing.
• Familiarity with automation, AI, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
