Engineering Lead (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Help design Meridian’s asset management capability and the system guiding long-term asset investment decisions.
• Contribute to a foundational team that will define the roadmap and shape the future capability.
• Work across Engineering and Operations teams to challenge existing approaches and apply leading industry practices.
• Translate complex technical information for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use existing organisational knowledge and expertise to build engagement and alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Significant engineering experience in an operational or asset-intensive environment.
• Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, investigate problems, and help define a path forward.
• Experience leading engagement and building alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engineering qualification in any discipline or comparable experience.
