What you will do
- Design end-to-end cloud-native enterprise data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop data solutions using Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Azure SQL, SSIS, ADF, and SSAS.
- Work with functional and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and create and evaluate technology proposals.
- Support implementation teams in delivering enterprise data solutions.
- Design data warehouses, data models, data lakes, and architectures that separate storage from compute.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing data solutions with Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on Azure Databricks experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience developing cloud-native enterprise data platforms on Azure, with knowledge of storage, compute, networking, and managed services.
- 4+ years of experience with SQL Data Warehouse and/or Azure Synapse, plus SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
- Experience with SSIS, ADLS or Blob Storage, source and destination system connectors, data warehousing, and data modeling methodologies including Kimball, Inmon, Star, Snowflake, and Constellation.
Nice to have
- Python or C# experience.
- Power BI experience.
- Azure Analysis Services experience.
- Snowflake Cloud Data Platform experience.
