Quality Assurance Analyst - Medicare

What you will do

• Review a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and other communications for quality, accuracy, service, sales performance, and compliance.
• Evaluate broker use of scripts, product knowledge, greetings, active listening, objection handling, call efficiency, etiquette, and closing practices.
• Provide evaluation feedback and coaching opportunities to improve agent performance.
• Maintain audit reporting and coordinate with carrier partners on compliance actions and call-monitoring requests.
• Support member and carrier escalations, communicate quality concerns to management, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with audits and revisions to quality-management scoring models and procedures.

Requirements

• Medicare knowledge required.
• Ability to focus on calls, understand communications, and transfer information into quality-assurance practices.
• Proficient communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, self-starting approach.
