What you will do

• Support ongoing HR projects and operational tasks under supervision.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with data analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues on process improvements and project deliverables.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for stakeholders or academic requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of working student activities.
• Follow HSE, quality, data-protection, and documented work-instruction requirements.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited university or college program and availability for part-time work alongside studies.
• Basic knowledge relevant to the field of study, such as technical, scientific, or business disciplines.
• Digital literacy, including MS Office, and willingness to learn company-specific systems and tools.
• Communication, teamwork, reliability, and professional conduct.
• Knowledge of the local worksite language is required.
• Ability to work on a fixed-term basis and comply with local working-student regulations.
