Working Student People & Culture (Fintech)

Location: Munich, Germany; office attendance is required.

What you will do

• Manage core preboarding steps, verify employee data, and ensure data quality before employees start.
• Support onboarding activities and help shape the welcome experience for new joiners.
• Create and optimize employment references, certificates, and People templates.
• Maintain digital personnel files in Personio, including sensitive residence permit compliance data.
• Support the digitization and optimization of People workflows and related projects.
• Document People processes in Confluence, maintain HRIS information, and handle employee requests through Jira Service Desk.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Law, HR Management, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high quality standard when reviewing data and documents.
• Interest in operational administrative work and structuring documents and templates.
• Independent, conscientious working style with confident communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English at minimum C1 level.
• Availability to work from the Munich office, as office attendance is required.
