TS Heavy Equipment Operator- Wheel Loader Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; onsite at a recycling facility, landfill, or transfer station

What you will do

• Safely operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment, including forklifts, excavators, and bulldozers.
• Transfer, spread, cover, load, and compact waste or soil efficiently.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and monitor equipment condition.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and maintain a safe operating environment.
• Complete equipment condition reports and perform minor equipment servicing.
• Clean, service, and properly store equipment and the shop at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Two years of related heavy equipment operation experience.
• One year of experience working at OSHA-regulated sites.
• Ability to follow safety policies, company rules, and assigned work schedules.
• Good time management, follow-through, customer service, and communication skills.
• Professional, cooperative, honest, and safety-conscious approach to working with customers and coworkers.
