Senior AI Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Remote across Europe, South Africa, and LATAM; at least five hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time required

What you will do

• Create motion graphics and video content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and other formats using traditional and AI-powered workflows.
• Use AI tools across ideation, visual exploration, storyboarding, asset generation, animation, video creation, editing, and refinement.
• Own projects from layout and composition through animation, editing, refinement, and final delivery.
• Develop storyboards, motion concepts, and visual narratives from briefs and creative direction.
• Combine footage, sound, graphics, typography, and motion into polished video outputs.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and multidisciplinary creatives across brands, industries, and audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, video, visual storytelling, and AI workflows.
• Strong practical experience using AI tools across multiple stages of the creative process.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with Lottie and modern node-based AI tools.
• Expert knowledge of motion principles, pacing, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience translating strategy and creative direction into motion content, including storyboarding and concept development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability for five hours of U.S. Eastern Time overlap are required.
