What you will do
- Adapt high-impact video creatives for global markets ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
- Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on ideas while maintaining brand identity.
- Utilize AI tools for video generation, enhancement, dubbing, and lip-syncing.
- Experiment with new creative technologies and workflows to improve production efficiency.
- Analyze ad performance and iterate on successful creative elements using a modular approach.
- Work in an agile environment across different squads and campaign types.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production with a focus on global campaigns.
- Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Deep understanding of typography and layout across different languages.
- Experience with AI tools for creative production and localization workflows.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and Figma.
- Strong self-organization and attention to detail regarding foreign language scripts.
Nice to have
- Ability to identify emerging content formats and cultural signals.
- Experience with AI lip-sync and dubbing tools.
- Understanding of creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration.
