Salary: $177,000–$242,000 Annual

What you will do

• Define and maintain commercial data and innovation roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership on data innovation opportunities and competitive differentiation.
• Identify and co-create high-value advanced analytics and AI use cases across commercial domains.
• Create business cases with clear value creation, success metrics, and investment requirements.
• Design pilot programs and proof-of-value initiatives in partnership with IT.
• Drive stakeholder adoption and change management to ensure effective utilization of new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial analytics and data strategy.
• Experience identifying and operationalizing emerging data innovation and AI use cases.
• Understanding of commercial data domains including HCP, HCO, claims, payer, and patient data.
• Experience partnering with IT to industrialize data innovation solutions within enterprise platforms.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced quantitative degree.
• Rare disease, specialty, or respiratory experience.
• Experience in launch environments.
