What you will do

• Design Stream-branded and custom marketing materials for commercial real estate property listings, including brochures, email campaigns, websites, proposals, presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Create print and digital collateral that communicates client property stories.
• Transform research data into market reports, newsletters, infographics, graphs, charts, and tables.
• Translate creative strategy and commercial real estate concepts into effective design directions and presentations.
• Coordinate estimates and production with third-party agencies and print vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and internal clients while managing multiple deadline-driven projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong organization, project management, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate commercial real estate concepts into design strategy.

Nice to have

• Dreamweaver or HTML experience.
• Motion graphics, video production, or video editing experience.
• Knowledge of website development platforms.
