Graphic Designer (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States

Annual salary: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Implement and maintain high standards for brand design, formatting, and production.
• Provide design direction for layouts and marketing deliverables from concept through final production.
• Create brochures, maps, advertisements, postcards, presentations, proposals, emails, websites, and other print and digital materials.
• Develop large-format and environmental designs and coordinate installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Organize digital asset libraries, including files and imagery.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least one year of marketing support services experience; commercial real estate, digital design, advertising, and email marketing experience is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of print production, vendor coordination, specifications, and print-ready file setup.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus network- and cloud-based systems.
• Strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• B2B and social media marketing experience.
• Motion, animation, or rich media experience.
