TL;DR

Senior NPI Engineer (Semiconductor): Leading new product introduction, process optimization, device qualification, and prototype sample builds with an accent on process-window studies, material evaluation, and semiconductor assembly. Focus on assessing technical risks, analyzing failures, defining mass-production process conditions, and validating device characteristics.

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite only

What you will do

Lead and drive new product introduction activities.
Study process windows for new devices and propose process conditions for mass production.
Assess risks and identify technical challenges.
Study and evaluate new material characteristics.
Build prototype samples and check device characteristics.
Perform failure analysis and prepare reports.

Requirements

Degree in engineering or science.
Experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing, process engineering, or pre-assembly processes.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good project management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
