What you will do

• Create and publish weekly short-form video content for local business clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with clients to develop video concepts aligned with their brands, marketing goals, and target audiences.
• Build and maintain content calendars for consistent posting and strategic storytelling.
• Present and close social media content packages with Account Executives and independently.
• Promote selected client content through KNWA/KFTA/KXNW social media channels.
• Monitor trends and performance metrics to improve creative execution, campaign results, and revenue performance.

Requirements

• Experience creating social media content and producing video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client meetings and sales environments.
• Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and work effectively as an individual contributor.
• Highly organized, creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Interest in local business marketing, community connection, and creative innovation.
