Medicare Compliance & QA Associate

Location: Remote within the United States only; international remote work is not available.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

Healthcare technology company building a Medicare platform that helps independent advisors acquire, enroll, and support clients.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of CTM and Non-CTM compliance cases, from intake and investigation through resolution and formal closure.
• Triage compliance inquiries in Intercom and coordinate communication among agents, agencies, internal teams, and carriers.
• Maintain accurate case records, evidence, follow-up actions, and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor case progress, send reminders, escalate delays, and verify that carrier requirements are completed before closure.
• Conduct case audits, provide compliance coaching to agents, and support carrier audit preparation.
• Prepare compliance reports and contribute to process improvements, special projects, and workflow development.

Requirements

• Experience or comfort using Intercom, Excel, Airtable, CRM systems, or case management platforms; training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining notes, records, evidence, and case information.
• Basic analytical ability for data reviews, quality assurance activities, and case audits.
• Ability to learn new technology, systems, and compliance tools quickly.
• Clear communication, problem-solving ability, adaptability, ethics, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
• Must be able to work from an approved location within the United States; Spark uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
