Location: Predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington, United States, with some remote support subject to approval. Travel may be required as coordinated and approved.

What you will do

  • Conduct quality assurance audits and surveillances for DOE Environmental Management programs.
  • Manage corrective actions and maintain quality assurance program procedures.
  • Provide oversight and general support for the Hanford Field Office tank waste and waste treatment program.
  • Mentor stakeholders and integrate QA processes to support nuclear safety, compliance, and project performance.
  • Establish supplier qualification plans and support programmatic, project controls, and business functions.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of quality assurance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the Environmental Management sector, ideally supporting DOE or comparable regulated programs.
  • Experience with auditing, corrective actions, and QA documentation.
  • Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
  • Facility Clearance is required; DOE clearance may be required depending on the assigned work.

Nice to have

  • DOE/NQA-1 experience or knowledge.
  • Quality assurance certifications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
