Associate, Pursuits (Marketing)

Location: Onsite in the Falls Church, Virginia, or Atlanta, Georgia office

Salary: $67,000–$87,000 per year; compensation may vary in other cities and states.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, coordination, writing, editing, layout, and production of qualifications packages and proposals.
• Develop interview presentation strategies, materials, interview books, and handouts with project teams.
• Direct presentation rehearsals and prepare presentation teams for interviews.
• Support assigned business units as their marketing point of contact and maintain project and team information in CRM systems.
• Create and maintain marketing narratives, photography, resumes, project sheets, website content, social media content, and other collateral.
• Manage industry- and project-specific award submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
• 0–4 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Excellent technical writing and copy-editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead operations project teams and collaborate with executive leadership.
• Strong organization, teamwork, multitasking, customer service, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
• Experience developing RFQ and RFP responses.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
