Insurance Coverage Partner - Third-Party Liability

Location: Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Nashville, TN; or Tampa, FL, US

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annual

What you will do

• Handle third-party liability insurance coverage matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Manage litigation through pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice on insurance coverage issues.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex litigation matters and travel as required by case needs.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance litigation.
• Strong advocacy and case management skills, with experience handling matters through all phases of litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
