Senior Social Media Content Associate (iGaming)

What you will do

• Conceptualize, design, publish, and track content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, and other social platforms.
• Create platform-first graphics, short-form videos, clips, carousels, and interactive experiences related to sports, entertainment, and internet culture.
• Use trend insights, audience sentiment, and cultural cues to shape content strategy and deepen brand engagement.
• Write sharp, on-brand copy and turn real-time sports moments, breaking news, trends, and audience conversations into timely content.
• Partner with internal teams on campaigns and creative direction while using performance insights to optimize content.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating and managing social content and community engagement.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices, audience behavior, and real-time engagement drivers.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of voice, storytelling, and cultural trends.
• Willingness to work nights or weekends when needed to create and publish real-time content during peak moments.
• A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
