Content Manager (iGaming): Managing and localizing on-site content and CRM communications for sportsbook and gaming customers with an accent on customer-facing copy, campaign alignment, and content clarity. Focus on writing and proofing email, SMS, and push messaging, coordinating CMS and campaign tasks, and using SEO and analytics to optimize digital touchpoints.
Location: Hybrid role based in Sliema, Malta

What you will do
- Own and localize on-site content, including banners, promotions, game descriptions, and content sections.
- Maintain content across sportsbook platforms, localization tools, content databases, and CMS platforms.
- Write, edit, and proof customer-facing copy for email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Coordinate with CRM, Trading, Gaming, Performance, SEO, and other stakeholders on campaign content and priorities.
- Support CRM campaign administration by creating CMS articles, updating terms and conditions, and raising and tracking JIRA tickets.
- Use competitor research, data, and analytics to guide content placement and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English with excellent customer-facing writing and editing skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in content management, marketing, CRM, editorial, or related customer communications.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and working knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Ability to interpret data, prioritize content, and manage multiple cross-departmental tasks.
- Strong organizational, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in online gaming, fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Experience working across different markets and audiences.
- Knowledge of sports or sports betting.
