What you will do
- Build reusable frontend foundations for internal web applications.
- Develop and maintain shared React and TypeScript packages, components, and tooling.
- Create starter templates, application scaffolding, and developer workflows.
- Define standards for application structure, testing, deployment, and supportability.
- Partner with engineering teams on authentication, authorization, observability, and frontend/backend integration patterns.
- Build and support internal applications for onboarding, access administration, and service discovery.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and application structure.
- Experience building reusable UI components, shared packages, or internal developer tooling.
- Experience with routing, state and data fetching, and API integration in web applications.
- Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization patterns.
- Strong understanding of testing, build tooling, frontend workflows, and practical engineering judgment.
Nice to have
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience with strong frontend depth.
- Experience in platform engineering, developer enablement, or reusable internal tooling.
- Experience with Vite, Next.js, Ant Design, AG Grid, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or Grafana.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, internal npm packages, or identity platforms.
- Familiarity with financial services and admin, control-plane, or internal workflow UIs.
