Sr. Jet Pilot - Global 6500 (Deploy Only)

Location: Shalimar, Florida, United States; frequent deployment to OCONUS operating locations on an approximate 60/60 rotation

What you will do

• Lead and execute complex Global 6500 flight missions across diverse operational environments.
• Oversee, supervise, and mentor junior pilots while supporting professional development.
• Plan missions, assess risks, coordinate readiness, and manage mission-critical communications.
• Enforce aviation safety protocols, FAA regulations, ICAO standards, and customer flight and ground operating procedures.
• Review flight data and mission outcomes to identify improvements and facilitate training programs and drills.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support deployed operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, 3,000+ total fixed-wing flight hours, 2,000 multi-engine turbine hours, and 2,000 PIC hours including 1,500 PIC hours in type or a similar aircraft.
• FAA 2nd Class Medical and a Commercial Pilot License with instrument and multi-engine ratings and/or Airline Transport Pilot certification.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, with extensive knowledge of advanced aviation systems and regulations.
• Ability to deploy internationally for extended periods, meet current DoD and Combatant Command requirements, and complete a pre-deployment medical assessment.
• Current valid passport, ability to obtain an international travel visa, and willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and shifts.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Military flight training and leadership experience in combat or operational missions.
• Advanced degree in aviation or aerospace.
• Recent mission completion, prior military service, or recent U.S. military survival and physiological training.
• Experience in aerospace and defense, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the U.S. military.
