Location: Rochester, New York; must reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport (KROC)
Salary: $285,500–$386,200 per year

What you will do
- Oversee flight operations to ensure safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality passenger service.
- Lead pilots, flight attendants, and Assistant Chief Pilots, including supervision, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Manage Safety Management System initiatives, risk management, incident reporting, emergency response participation, and regulatory readiness.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures, training programs, operational documentation, and crew assignment processes.
- Coordinate with Scheduling, Maintenance, senior aviation leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders to optimize aircraft utilization and operational reliability.
- Manage pilot training budgets, operational expenses, vendor contracts, records, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- At least 5,000 total flight hours, including 3,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command.
- At least 10 years of aviation operations experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Type rating for at least one operated aircraft and qualification to act as Pilot-in-Command under the Constellation Leasing LLC training program.
- Valid U.S. Passport, valid Driver’s License, and ability to reside within one hour of KROC.
- Recent approved simulator training in the type-rated jet, plus successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
Nice to have
- Degree in aviation management or NBAA Certified Aviation Manager certification.
- Gulfstream G280 and/or GVII type rating.
- International flight experience and experience with IS-BAO or Safety Management Systems.
- Flight instruction experience or a Certified Flight Instructor certificate.
