Clinical Account Manager (Pharmacy)

Location: Remote, Missouri; approximately 10% travel required.

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year.

What you will do

• Advise clients on pharmacy benefit design, clinical programs, formulary management, and utilization strategies.
• Explain clinical programs and new clinical information to clients and support the development of customized clinical business plans.
• Analyze clinical data and drug utilization to address client requirements and requests.
• Develop and present performance reviews with client account teams.
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, marketing, and sales on prior authorization, claim edits, proposals, and clinical product development.
• Design and implement clinical interventions and disease state management modules to improve medication outcomes and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Licensed pharmacy qualification, such as PharmD or RPh.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy operations or case management; specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted state pharmacy license.
• Experience interfacing with payers or manufacturers is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from Missouri and travel approximately 10%.
