Salary: $95,500–$159,100 USD yearly, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do
- Review, interpret, and evaluate utilization management criteria against pharmaceutical rebate contract requirements.
- Support formulary, rebate, and utilization management strategies for current and future client needs.
- Maintain formulary status changes, review new formulary implementations, and assess policy updates.
- Prepare clinical and financial impact assessments for formulary tiers, contracts, and utilization management strategies.
- Monitor pharmaceutical industry developments, including new drugs, patent expirations, generic approvals, and biosimilar launches.
- Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Contracting, Clinical Consulting, Pharmaceutical Invoicing, Account Management, and clients on clinical initiatives and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with experience or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Current U.S. pharmacist license required.
- Experience in the PBM, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Experience with pharmaceutical contracts, pharmacy benefits, and clinical utilization criteria evaluation is strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- General knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid pharmacy benefits.
