Producer - Local Media Game Production

Location: Secaucus, United States; hybrid schedule with one remote day per week and regular onsite work

Salary: $37.89 per hour

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate assigned hirify.global game broadcasts with the Local Game Production Supervisor and onsite Producer/Director teams.
• Support pre-production planning, live game-day execution, and post-production review.
• Coordinate graphics, programming, advertising integration, engineering, broadcast operations, vendors, and other production requirements.
• Provide editorial direction and ensure onsite teams have the content, information, resources, and production assets needed for successful broadcasts.
• Support live coverage while maintaining creative, editorial, technical, and operational standards.
• Identify workflow, efficiency, editorial, and production-quality improvements across Local Media broadcasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism, Television Production, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience producing live sports broadcasts, including Producer or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project and rundown management for live productions and collaboration with onsite teams, broadcast partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with onsite and remote or centralized production workflows, broadcast automation systems, and graphics integration.
• Strong editorial judgment, organization, prioritization, communication, and decision-making skills under live production deadlines.
• Ability to travel as required and work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours according to production needs.

Nice to have

• Basketball broadcast experience.
• Extensive knowledge of hirify.global teams, players, league operations, history, and current storylines.
• Adobe editing proficiency.
