Production Planning Specialist II (Manufacturing)

hirify.global Industrial Coating Solutions manufactures equipment for powder coatings, liquid paint, adhesives, sealants, and food and beverage container production.

What you will do

• Analyze MRP reports and create or release production orders and purchase requisitions to meet production plans and customer-requested delivery dates.
• Schedule and reschedule production orders, plan new-product materials and schedules, and coordinate upcoming work with engineering and production teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, modify safety stock, and analyze product lead times, lot sizes, consumption, and forecasts.
• Level-load work centers, communicate underload or overload conditions, and escalate material shortages to Supply Chain.
• Calculate and manage key performance indicators related to inventory and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience; without a degree, 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
• SAP experience required.
• Manufacturing work experience required.
• Analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
