ServiceNow QA Tester

Location: Columbus, Ohio — onsite

Duration: 3-month contract

What you will do

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and platform changes.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate REST and SOAP integrations, MID Servers, and third-party applications.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases through comprehensive testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects while maintaining testing documentation and quality metrics.
• Test CMDB enhancements, Discovery, Service Mapping, CI relationships, and CMDB data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow testing experience.
• Experience testing ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Catalog modules.
• Experience testing REST and SOAP integrations, with an understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
