What you will do

• Support the full QA engineering lifecycle for one targeted technology stack: JavaScript, iOS, Android, or UNIX server-side technologies.
• Develop and maintain automation for deployment, configuration management, build processes, or large-scale systems integration.
• Work with continuous integration development and testing lifecycles.
• Write scripts and automation using Python and JavaScript, and develop core code in Java or Objective-C.
• Navigate UNIX operating systems and investigate complex technical issues through resolution.
• Adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced agile environment and communicate technical issues clearly.

Requirements

• Experience supporting QA engineering across at least one of the specified technology stacks.
• Experience in a mature software development organization.
• Significant experience with deployment automation and containerization, configuration management and build automation, set-top box automation, or large-scale systems integration and automation.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript scripting, plus Java or Objective-C programming.
• Familiarity with continuous integration workflows and UNIX operating systems.
• Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and agile collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CableLabs ESAM, ESNI, SCTE-35, VAST, or CableLabs EBP standards.
