What you will do
- Monitor import and export processes, customs clearance, documentation, administrative procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to track shipments, schedules, dispatch instructions, and cargo registration.
- Analyze tariffs, duties, freight rates, transit times, invoices, and transportation alternatives.
- Coordinate freight services, prepare import and export quotations, and monitor related payments and expenses.
- Report costs and results to stakeholders and maintain logistics KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stay current with regulations and resolutions relevant to international transportation operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.
- At least two years of experience performing similar international transportation or logistics functions.
- Ability to work onsite in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
