Supply Chain Manager - Demand Planning (Bogotá)

What you will do

• Lead Colombia’s end-to-end demand planning and integrated business planning processes.
• Own demand reviews and consensus forecast development using statistical forecasts, historical performance, customer insights, commercial assumptions, tenders, launches, and market access developments.
• Develop demand, inventory, and supply scenarios to protect product availability and mitigate supply interruptions, expiry, excess inventory, and scrap risks.
• Lead governance for product launches, regulatory variations, packaging and labeling changes, and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate with commercial, finance, market access, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, lifecycle management, and regional stakeholders.
• Drive planning excellence through master-data governance, KPI management, analytical recommendations, continuous improvement, and stakeholder coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, inventory management, or end-to-end supply chain planning in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated healthcare environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Experience with product launches, regulatory variations, packaging or labeling changes, and supply-chain implications.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and planning tools, with strong analytical, scenario-planning, stakeholder-management, and executive-presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional, regional, global, and manufacturing-site stakeholders and make decisions under uncertainty.

Nice to have

• Kinaxis or Anaplan experience.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP principles, regulatory lifecycle management, import processes, and cold-chain or controlled distribution environments.
• APICS/ASCM, IBF, Lean Six Sigma, or project-management certification.
• Experience with global manufacturing sites and complex international supply networks.
