Supply Chain Lead Cluster CCAM (FMCG)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain for the CCAM cluster, covering Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom.
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and integrated planning across procurement, competence centers, and execution teams.
• Partner with the Cluster GM, LATAM Supply Chain Lead, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders to translate business decisions into supply chain strategies.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while building long-term organizational capability.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and implement supply chain technologies that improve decision-making and operations.
• Govern strategic innovation, cost-saving, vulnerability-reduction, and risk-management programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics.
• Experience managing countries across an assigned regional cluster and leading end-to-end supply chains.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing teams.
• Experience driving digital transformation and deploying new technologies for supply chain operations.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, customer understanding, and commercial influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, or equivalent experience, with the ability to communicate strategy and performance to executive and board-level audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience leading end-to-end supply chains in CPG or FMCG.
