What you will do

• Create engaging social media content for the AWAL catalogue, with a focus on Latin music and diaspora communities in the US.
• Identify cultural trends and select AWAL music that best fits the content.
• Develop distribution strategies across social platforms and execute them.
• Drive dialogue about the content and connected music to generate interest and streams.
• Support artists in building real audiences through innovative music marketing.

Requirements

• Fluent or native Spanish and deep familiarity with Latin music and global music scenes.
• Experience creating content, including design, editing, and copywriting.
• Previous experience building and growing social accounts.
• Experience independently creating content that achieved virality.
• Submit links to social accounts created and operated, containing personally shot, produced, designed, or edited content.
• Curiosity, creativity, proactive execution, self-direction, and strong awareness of social media conversations and internet trends.
