hirify.global is hiring for a seasonal social media content production role focused on YouTube and social media entertainment content.

What you will do

• Develop, produce, and edit video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Write engaging and informative scripts for video content.
• Collaborate with show runners, senior producers, directors, editors, producers, departments, networks, and shows.
• Direct talent on set when needed and oversee the production of social media assets.
• Optimize content for YouTube algorithms and platform best practices.
• Plan content delivery and coordinate cross-platform promotion on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience creating content for YouTube and proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or in a similar role.
• Expertise in pop culture, gossip, and entertainment news, with a focus on US Hispanic and Mexican audiences.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required, with strong Spanish writing and editing skills.
• Experience with video production and editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Audition.
• Knowledge of YouTube best practices and algorithms; familiarity with Sony FX3, Sony FX6, or similar cameras.
